Services – Group Travel

Charities and other organisations will also be able to benefit from DANSA through its Group Travel Service. If your organisation requires transport to enable members or users to access the services you provide then you will be able to do so using the DANSA vehicles.

The Group Travel Service will enable your organisation to reserve transport for your members and users that will take them from their home to where your meeting or service is being held. The booking will be scheduled into the daily running of a vehicle but at the time of your booking, your organisation will have sole use of the vehicle. This will enable us to collect all of your clients and take them straight to you without picking up and dropping off other people along the way.

The cost of using the group travel facility is currently set at varying rates depending on the number of miles you will travel and the length of time you require the vehicle and a driver for.

To use the service the first thing you must do is register your organisation with us and become a member. To request a registration form please go to the Contact Us page where you can send an e-mail with your details. We will then send you a form in the post as soon as possible.

Alternately you can download an individual membership form by accessing the Register With Us page on this site and return it to us with the registration fee.
