How To Book
When you are registered with DANSA you will then be able to access the services that we are currently providing. For more information about our services please go to the Our Services page.
Whether you are an individual wishing to use DANSA or an organisation that is looking to access the services we offer, you will firstly need to register with us to become a member. Membership costs just  £1 for a 'one off' lifetime payment. If you are not registered with DANSA you can do so either by contacting us to request a membership form, or by downloading it by clicking one of the links below:
To book transport you will need to call us on 01639 751067. Depending on the time that you call, you will either get through to a member of staff or you can leave your details on our answer phone and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When you call, we will require your full name, the address from where you would like to be picked up, the time you would like to be picked up and details of where you need to go. If you require return transport we will also need the details of your return journey.
Unlike taxis we can’t make same day bookings. You may book up to 6 days in advance, with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise a charge will be made.
All bookings are subject to driver / vehicle availability, and we operate on a first come first served basis.
We hope to be able to tell you straight away whether we are able to provide you with your requested transport but on occasion may need to call you back to confirm. If you have left a message on our answer phone we will call you back as soon as a member of staff has received the message.
To save time and possible confusion when you are travelling with us, we will tell you the cost of your journey when confirming your booking. The driver will also have details of the cost of your journey making payment simple.
