DANSA is an amalgamation of the former DVPCT (Dulais Valley Community Transport) and BWSTLER (serving the Swansea area).

DANSA (Dulais, Afan, Neath, Swansea and Amman valleys) is a not for profit Community Transport organisation that aims to provide for its members a Community Transport service to those people who live within those areas who do not have easy access to conventional transport arrangements. We also provide a demand responsive Community Transport service to Swansea for groups and individuals that live in the Swansea urban area.

DANSA has been designed to meet the transport needs of older people, people with disabilities and those people who are unable to access public transport for whatever reason. We also aim to meet the needs of charities and other organisations that require accessible, affordable transport to ensure that service users, group members and others are able to access the services and activities that they provide.

DANSA operates a variety of vehicles from small cars, mini buses to larger 16 seat mini buses. The majority of our vehicles are fully accessible and we are therefore able to transport passengers who use wheelchairs. The vehicles are driven in the main by paid staff, who are fully Midas trained and experienced in delivering Community Transport services.

DANSA also values the services of its volunteer drivers and is always looking out for more people who want to help and give up some of their spare free time in helping us deliver a better service for the communities.
